Not very Ibis

Not what you'd usually expect from an Ibis property. Bleak and poorly decorated with a chaotic amount of "stuff" at reception. Staff friendly enough, but not much they can do to make the hotel better unfortunately.

Easy and flexible check-in and checkout

Checked in late at 1AM which was nice as we were on a road trip. These days booking sites list private housings (air bnb type) with very limited check-in times as they do not want to stay up and wait for you. I have reserved last minute deals then could not check in because they were at sleep. Check out was also great at 12PM so we could sleep in. In the US most hotel check out is at 10AM these days which is ridicules as lot of people like to sleep in when they are on vacation and/or traveling. Great friendly staff, they did not even check id we were in the room 3 minutes after arrival. It reminded me our free life before 911 which introduced so many restrictions that complicates our life in the name of our safety .... we lost our freedom to fear sold to us by corrupt politicians and greedy media and alike trained by the elite universities.

Got lucky this one was good

Good despite very very small room. Night concierge was great. A much better experience than the one visited the night prior in Verdun which I will visit again

One night rest stop

Budget extended to every aspect. It was just a stopover in a long drive so it sufficed for sleep. Was quiet and close to motorway. Came on day after christmas and nothing was open due to it being a holiday in that department of France. Evening staff had an air of being put out when trying to have moderate conversation. Morning staff was marginally more willing. I do not expect 5 star treatment but a smile goes a long way.

Neat and tidy room, friendly staff

We stayed for one night. Convenient location, just off the motorway, close to shops with a number of fast food options nearby. The rooms were small (max. 3 people) but neat and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good place for a stopover if you are passing by

Really good budget hotel next to A31

Really good budget hotel, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, spacious parking. Hotel is in commercial area with a lot of supermarkets and shops, the Leader Price is within walking distance, about 100 m., you pass it when arrive at the hotel. Some restaurants around. Helpful staff, we received message with check-in information a day before arrival. Hotel is easy to find, especially when you come from south on A31. Recommended.

Pleasent Surprise

We stayed here over night for a short nights sleep half way through a 12 hour drive. We thought for this amount of money that we paid it was going to be a dump but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very basic, u have a toilet, shower cubicle a bed and a tv. Nothing more and nothing less but what more would you expect for that price? However the place is clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. I may even say better than places I’ve stayed where I have paid 5times the price. Only two things I would be critical about. 1st they could decorate the halls and reception a little bit more. I know it’s a basic hotel but first impressions count. Secondly it was not fun with a heavy case going up to the stairs to the third floor, no lift is slightly harsh. Anyway overall I had a great night sleep and it was clean so I’m happy. Would come back again. Thank you
