Expensive for what is it . The shower are like ice skating , no moisturizer provided , AC is right in your face when you sleep, very small windows that open to a little court yard with everyone else so can’t open window and have privacy !!! Will not return

We stayed here for our honeymoon! Beautiful room!! Amazing rain shower, & the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. The bed was so comfortable!! It was super close to the train station and downtown Annecy. Seriously, such a perfect location! Highly recommend this hotel.

Je suis extrĂȘmement déçu de mon sĂ©jour. Cet hĂŽtel est loin du niveau qu'on peut attendre d’un Mercure. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs petite, vieillotte, avec un mobilier qui aurait bien besoin d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©. Aucun gel douche dans la salle de bain, j’ai dĂ» prendre ma douche Ă  moitiĂ© avant d’aller en rĂ©clamer Ă  la rĂ©ception, ce qui est inacceptable pour un Ă©tablissement de cette gamme. De plus, un de vos employĂ©s (blond) s’est montrĂ© particuliĂšrement dĂ©sagrĂ©able et hautain, ce qui a rendu l’accueil encore plus dĂ©plaisant. Heureusement, Cheyma a relevĂ© le niveau par son professionnalisme et sa gentilless, un vrai contraste avec le reste de l’expĂ©rience.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war der Lift kaputt. Zimmer sehr klein, das Bett aber bequem. GemÀss dem Rezeptionisten beim einchecken hat das Hotel keine ParkplÀtze, beim auschecken wurde ich gefragt, ob ich bei ihnen geparkt hÀtte
