We are offering this magnificent 350 m² mansion with jacuzzi and spa for rent, located in the centre of Bourbourg and a 10-minute drive from the beach. This beautiful, prestigious pre-1900 residence, which we have named ‘La Villa Authentique’, is located in a very quiet area with no neighbours opposite, thanks to a pleasant, spacious garden with trees covering more than 1,000 m².

The ground floor comprises a large 55 m² living room with a fireplace with insert, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining room adjoining the kitchen, an office with high-speed fibre connection, a toilet, a large hall with direct access to a 60 m² terrace and the garden.

A jacuzzi accessible all year round with a 4-seater spa is also available with a walk-in shower, soft lighting and a connected TV for optimal relaxation.

On the first floor, a large central landing provides access to 4 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed, a dressing room, a shower room with a breathtaking view of the garden
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and sink and a breathtaking view of the garden
