When I arrive, they told me that they didn’t have any clean rooms available. They gave me a room that they hold was clean. The room smelled like smoke when I got there and now they are trying to charge me $150 for a smoking fee.

There was no hot water in my room I told them about it the maintenance guy maybe was in my room for 2 minutes and said he fixed it and didn't do anything I had to myself get my own tools to fix the hot water the bathtub was disgusting and stained and there was blood stains on my sheets
