Perfect location to basecamp for work and FUN

Great North Boulder Location

The townhome provided a great place for our family to gather as we helped our daughter move to CU. The bedrooms had AC for the warm evenings that was much appreciated. The neighborhood is darling and we could walk to several restaurants on Broadway. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and perfect location

We love this place!! This was our 3rd VRBO rental for our week in Colorado, traveling from Colorado Springs to Denver then to Boulder, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed at and the kids loved it. Everything was clean, modern, comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and the owner was super super communicative with me and generously accommodated some of our extra needs. The property manager/neighbor Anne was also beyond friendly and helped give us good tips on what to do, where to go, etc. Monica (the owner) was nothing but professional, kind, and responsive. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're in the area. Perfect location. 10 minutes from Pearl St. Mall, and right off the road that leads to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Terrific Townhouse in North Boulder

Terrific, cute multi level place to stay. Communication with owner was ideal. We will look to stay here again.
