The staff were absolutely wonderful. In particular, Cameron, Christian, and Denise were incredible. They went out of there way to make my stay so enjoyable, from recommendations of things to do, see, and places to eat as well as ensuring that I had everything I needed in a very timely manner. Housekeeping staff was consistently very helpful and accommodating with my schedule. My room was consistently kept very clean. I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was as described. It was clean. It was comfortable. We unfortunately had a corner room, on the 3rd floor. All the other rooms had balconies, ours did not. The elevator was broken for the entire length of our stay, which made accessing our room difficult and getting up and down with our luggage. The air conditioning was very loud, almost too loud to sleep with it on, but we did. The tv in our room was in the most awkward place, it made it unwatchable. Beyond my gripes, the people at the hotel were friendly. They had snacks downstairs, and breakfast in the am, it was fairly close to the CU campus and the parking was easy and free. I rarely was in the room, so it was all fine, had I spent more time there, I would have been disappointed.

Seemed well-suited to the business traveler … not so for the casual tourist passing through. The room was fabulous … no complaints. But for what we paid, they could have included breakfast.

The staff was decent and kind when I interacted with them. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin, and I could hear everything. The view was obstructed by the road. The carpet looked a little outdated, and there was a smell when we first walked into our room. We were out for most of the day, and our room had not been cleaned yet. But the housekeeper did give a sufficient amount of towels when asked for some.

The menu at the Bistro was very limited. There were no restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly. They only cleaned the room every 3 days. The beds were very high and I needed assistance to get my husband into and out of bed.
