This 3bedroom 1bath, 1000 sf house is centrally located and minutes to downtown, Pearl st, restaurants, shops, hiking trails + all that Boulder have to offer. One queen bed, 2 double beds comfortably fits 4 guests. The washer/dryer & amenities help maintain your continuity of lifestyle while enjoying your visit to Boulder.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story house. The guests will have the entire space to themselves. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other two bedrooms have double size beds. The house has central heating. The air conditioning is individually controlled for each room. Kitchen and cooking appliances are available for use.

Excellent value in the cutest neighborhood. It was so close to Pearl Street, the campus and shopping. Perfect rental for our needs and for a campus tour. Super easy to get around and close to some great breweries.

The place was nice. I would recommend adding grab bars in the Shower Tub and next to the toilet I did go and purchase a suction cup grab bar and forgot it there but You should REMOVE it as it could be a lability issue. I would install a more secure style grab bar. Location was great neighborhood great. amenities were acceptable.
