Park your car safely in the garage and go up the stairs to your private living area with a view of Boulder's iconic flatiron mountains and a Roku flatscreen TV, office nook, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms: a queen bed in one, two doubles in the other.

We live next door on the property. While we are an older couple, we have a lot of grandchildren who visit and may be running around outside.

We reserve the right to access the garage during your stay as we use it for storage and a workspace. However, we promise to respect your privacy.
