It's a great concept and conveniently located. Unfortunately, the place needs a lot of love. I was first placed in room 119 and quickly found out the sink didn't drain. Staff was super attentive and effient, they immediately moved me to room 115. This room too had issues, the shower did not work, the shower handle couldn't be opened. I only stayed one night before I returned to Denver (driving distance), so it wasn't a big deal for me, but it would be a problem for other people. I'm not sure if we had a very active person upstairs or if there was a dog, but you could hear every step anyone took and it was loud. Also not an issue for me, I'm a deep sleeper, but also putting it out there.

This is an excellent choice for any traveler, but especially for the outdoor enthusiast/family that wants to explore Boulder's beautiful outdoors. I love the location (very central to everything), the pocket guide is one of the coolest things I've been given by a hotel, next door to Snarfburger (killer burgers and rings!), great rec room, fun outdoor fire pits and all-around good time. My daughter and I also loved the room decor with the outdoor vibes, coolers, etc. It's an old hotel/apartment building but has been updated in a really cool way. Plus the price is right!

The carts going down the pathway would shake the whole walkway and make a lot of noise. People going down the walkway upstairs was loud as well. The hot tub was closed which was the whole reason I chose this place. The pictures make it feel more upscale than it actually is. The staff was lovely though. And it was a 30 minute walk from Pearl St. Sorry for such a negative review I was just disappointed.

Simple, clean, cozy rooms with comfortable beds and good pour over coffee. The property has a lot to offer - a game room with a fireplace, plenty of board games, couches and tables, a rock climbing wall, and a ping pong table; outdoor fire pits where you can roast marshmallows; a sauna and hot tub; and a bar area where you can get beer and wine. Also, I would like to give a shout out to the staff here - they were very accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They kept the hot tub and sauna room open a little longer for us one night, and let us leave our car in the parking lot for a few hours after we had checked out due to a snow storm that made it difficult to drive. My husband and I had a great time here and we would definitely stay again!

This property has not been updated for a number of years. The carpet was not clean. The worst thing was the noise. The heating unit was noisy, so we had to turn it off in order to sleep. We heard people in the room above us off and on all night. At 7:00 AM, a garbage truck backed into the property. I will not be staying here again.
