I checked in and went to my room and both headboards on the beds had ripped in the leather. The one chair in the room the seat was also ripped. The description says full kitchen there were no pots or pans or utensils. The tv wasn’t working saying no signal. I called the front desk and no one responded so I took a trip downstairs. They put me in a new room. The set up was the same with no pots and pans or utensils the tv still says no signal. There was a big cockroach traveling through the walls, so I checked out and requested a refund. The guy at the front desk didn’t know how to process a refund and told me a manager would reach out to me please help I want my money back

Had to call out for someone to check me in after standing at the counter for 10 minutes. No instructions on where to find the room, breakfast, wi-fi or a cart to bring luggage in. Elevator and hallways had trash on the floors. Elevator stunk of weed. Room was the filthiest, most disgusting room I have ever been in. Microwave didn’t work. Bathroom lights were almost all out. Discovered the room didn’t include tv channels. Tried to phone desk, no answer. Went down to find a note that they were on break for 30 minutes. This morning discovered that continental breakfast which ran for another hour only had coffee. Desk man said, “It’s not my fault. I’m not the one responsible for stocking breakfast.” Good thing it’s Thanksgiving and everything is open to eat while we travel. Not! The only good thing about this place is the shower water pressure. Certainly not a reason to ever go back though!

There was very little hot water. So we took cold showers. Walmart is in the back. Very convenient. Not great options for take and go breakfast. It smelled terribly in the hotel. We bought an air freshener for our room.

There was nothing seriously wrong, just a lot of small things and a general shabbiness to the property. The closet had only three coat hangars and they were unable to give us more. The kitchen had a dishwasher but no soap. The spare trash can liner was too small to fit the trash can and the front office refused to give us one that would fit, saying the larger bags were just for their own trash cans in the office. The "complimentary breakfast" was instant oatmeal packets and coffee with non-dairy creamer. However, all that being said, the location was awfully convenient and very few places seem to offer a kitchen with a stovetop as well as a full-size refrigerator and microwave, and the price was good. So, in spite of it being less than inspiring, we probably will be staying there again.

The rooms to be updated and cleaned better, the property needs cleaned itself, they advertise breakfast. Breakfast however, it only consisted of pre-packaged granola bars or muffins and coffee. Residents were allowed to have pets which is fine but they were on every floor instead of limited to a floor or two. We notified the desk clerk that our TV was not working and he didn't do anything about it. So we worked out TV for a day and a half. I myself would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The room was fine. Bed was super hard. It was my own fault for not reading more into the housekeeping deal, so that was a learning curve for me. The room was perfect for what we needed.

The evening staff person was extremely helpful and checked on us after check in. He immediately changed our room upon request. The rooms need a deep cleaning and TLC.
