Excellent stay. Rooms were amazing. We booked a theme witches room and could not have been any nicer. Impressed with front desk Nova who was outstanding in all aspects. A solid 10 out of 10 all around.

Disappointing

The pictures on hotel.com were incredibly misleading. Were given what has to be tiniest room i have ever stayed in. Not at all whatbi expected. The room amenities were mediocre at best. No ice bucket? One of the bedside lamps were burned out. It was not replaced the whole time were there. They had remote controls for the lamps. That was weird. There was no waynto secure the door from inside when we were in the room. The room locks were keyless combination locks. Weird but functional. Staff was friendly enough, but office hours were limited. Very limited vending options. All in all, it was way over priced for what we got. I don't recommend this, at least not through hotel.com. be really careful that you get the room you want or you will be in a shoe box.

It was very clean upon arrival. Lovely staff grated us. The ocean room was super fun. Only small complaint would be the the 3rd day we left the cleanig staff a small tip, but upon arriving to the room, the beds weren't remade, the floors not swept. Basicaly the bare minimum was done to restock towels and coffee cups. However, that small thing aside its a beautiful, clean, and cozy place to stay. We will be staying again.

Stayed in a sweet. It was very nice and comfortable. Having a full kitchen was awesome. Just know that the grocery store is not with in walking distance. You need a car or ubeer.

Great hotel, not a great location

The location is not great. We stayed in a room that looked out to a small car dealership. It’s right alongside a busy street so there was a decent amount of noise from motorcycles and trucks. But our neighbors were quiet. It’s such a cool hotel, but it’s on the more run down side of town. We found other items from previous guests in our room, and dead bugs in the bathroom, which is kind of off putting. The beds and linens were great. The room was spacious. The temp controls were on point. It’s newer construction so that was nice too. There are only stairs to the second floor. That didn’t bother us at all, but something to keep in mind if that’s an issue. The only interaction we had with staff was checking in. The room wasn’t ready at 4:00 pm so we did need to wait a bit.

The staff was amazing and the room was clean and beautiful. A little further out from the main street of Salem. But, there was a convenient store close by and a couple of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. ❤️

Room floors were dirty. The shower had lots of hair in it.. so did the beds… also a crazy amount of ants.. no hand soap in bathroom and it was a mile walk to most everything… our room was next to road. Traffic and sun were always an issue.. people above us were very loud our whole stay.. also our “key” code never worked when we came back to our room and had to be reset every time.. (after hours) The room was new, location wasn’t terrible.. but for the price I paid per night I definitely expected better..
