complementary coffee/tea station was a plus. Free cookies and the chocolates added a nice touch. Room was clean and came with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. TV remote was hard to work with. Nice staff at front desk!

Motel, not hotel. Very old room, not maintained. Sheets had stains. Hair on bathroom floor and towels. Shower in disrepair. Not a comfortable experience at all. Will never stay here again.

Advertised on Hotel.com as family room with 2 double beds and a fold out couch. Arrived late and told only 1 double bed and that it was 'our fault' that we had misread the booking (which was for 4 adults and a child). Fold out bed not made up, and a wait of 1 hour while the receptionist refused to escalate the issue to her manager.

The Boston Hotel was clean and comfortable, well situated to use the Green Line. My room was quiet, but the security chain was broken, so I didn't feel as safe as I might have.

I had to check in late because my flight was scheduled like that and there was no issues with the checkin. Room was clean and spacious. All the listed amenities were present. Breakfast was good with good variety of things available. I enjoyed my stay at The Boston Hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Parking was easy and had a lot of spaces available. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options including hot and cold items. Room was clean and simple. Only critique is that there were not very many outlets other than the one at the tables. Also, the shower head didn’t function properly and the jet stream did not fan out. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We arrived at 4 pm ( check in time) We were given a room key, went to the room , it had not been cleaned yet. Went back to the lobby , then we waited 50 minutes for them to clean it.Whole I waited someone without a reservation walks in and was given a room immediately.
