We were there for two nights. On the first morning, the water in the shower never got above cool. I told the desk, and they said they would look into it. We were gone until late, and the next morning, after about 5 minutes, the water got to luke warm. Not good.

This hotel is an older build, however our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. The front dest staff was welcoming. Our toilet broke early in the morning that we were checking out, so when we needed, we went to the lobby to use their bathroom.

Room had pungent bleach smell and fumes , my wife got skin allergy. The door jamb metal plate was broken, front desk person was rude and disrespectful, bathroom towels were dirty with hairs on them , shower water was low pressure and only lukewarm water . not at all worth $250-$300 a night

The room was outdated the bathroom vanity was very low. Rusty lamps, no working WiFi :( the tv was difficult to operate. AC made a racket. My overall review in a word would be dingy. The breakfast looked nice although I didn’t have any. The staff were all very pleasant.

Room we had for the first night, heat/ac did not work, nor did tv. Also, room was very cramped. Got switched to a different room for second night where bathroom window to outside would not shut such that bugs and whatever had easy access. Also, it appeared to be a sponsored shelter for homeless folks.

Much cleaner than my last stay a few years ago. Not sure if the owner was probably changed? Of course the price is 50% higher than before, although it's still in the lower among Boston's crazily priced hotels.
