The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Having both elevators down for all three days was surprising and uncomfortable. They should have offered free parking or something for the inconvenience.

Revere Beach

We love this hotel! This was our 3rd stay here this past year and will be back again in just over a month. Clean, comfortable, quiet, clean, beautiful hotel with friendly staff, a great restaurant and fantastic bar. Very easy getting into Boston with the Blue line being right in back of the hotel. Starbuck's right off the lobby, the ocean across the street, and being able to see planes takeoff and land...just wonderful!

This hotel has definitely deteriorated over the last few years. The parking is strange (you can technically get away with free parking if you don't say anything to the desk), and elevators apparently haven't been working for weeks, and you aren't informed when you book, so there's 1 service elevator for the entire hotel. The staff is great and they try to be helpful. Shoutout to the young woman (I'm sorry I can't remember your name but it started with a X), at the front desk who was super helpful.

I think this is a great location with transportation to Boston located right on property! Only negative- this trip- the elevator wasn't working which made the stay unpleasant. Otherwise, it would have been great.

Hard to navigate hotel with out working elevators ( had to use service elevator and this was overcrowded and slow). Breakfast was overcrowded, shower was cold and toilet required attention to flush. Quite a few inconveniences in a short stay. Staff tried to help but facilities need attention.

Room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed was a wonderful stay for me, my mom and my 3 kids. Chose this hotel for it’s proximity to Logan airport. Went the night before the flight, enjoyed heated pool in the evening, the next morning enjoyed amazing breakfast with the view of the beach, then refreshing short walk across beautiful pedestrian bridge to the Revere beach. Would love to come back in the summer for vacation on the beach. Awesome find.
