The room we first were given was dirty, smelled like smoke and had bags over the smoke detectors. We asked to have another room and the second room also smelled and had not been cleaned.

I was dissapointed with the overall condition of the hotel. Very dated, carpet looked old, walls needed painting. Propefty was in poor condition. Shady characters around entrance. Not at all what I expected from Sonesta brand

I had an amazing time at this location! From the moment I checked in, greeted by staff. He was very helpful and gave me the rihht information to help ease my mind with questions. The room I had was very spacious! I mean I almost felt like I was in a condo or apartment, office desk with a chair to help with any business tasks you have. Full size FRIDGE! I REPEAT FULL SIZE FRIDGE! I could go to walmart and stock up enough to last me a month if i wanted to. The ehole latout was AMAZING! All in all i will most likely book this place whenever I visit! 5 out of 5

I was very disappointed with this location. I’ve stayed at sonesta and was always satisfied. Not this time. The property was doing renovation. The room I was assigned had a large bug I was immediately disgusted. Called for a room change. Was on hold for a lengthy time until I hung up. I went to front desk. I was reassigned to first floor room. The door barely closed the kitchen drawers and cabinets were poorly constructed. Shady people were in the parking lot. I stayed one Night and Will not return

Price was competitive. Area was safe and quiet. Property seemed poorly managed based on several observations: Outlet not working in bathroom; GFCI wouldn't reset. No liquid bath soap in shower; empty slot where bottle should have been. No desk chair; the only chair in the room was a reclining easy chair which was comfortable but useless for the desk.The front desk guy promised to have a desk chair brought to the room, but that never happened. Very little silverware or dishes. The couple of plates and bowls that were there were not microwave rated, and got very hot. Not enough hangers in the closet. Precor exercise bicycle made strange noise; front desk guy said he would have maintenance man check it out. No change 3 days later. Several washing machines were out of order, including the only front loading model. Floors in Kitchen and bathroom areas felt slippery; perhaps they weren't rinsed properly after cleaning? Refrigerator door handle was missing. Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Dirty window curtain with unraveled hem. WiFi was inconsistent, sometimes didn't work at all. My wife wasn’t able to get her phone to access it at all. When I checked out the guy at the desk told me that since I had booked through Expedia my invoice would come from them. Expedia said that the hotel was supposed to provide it. A fellow guest asked for a change in the credit card used at beginning and end of her stay. They charged the original card on file anyway.

Great place , new owners and hidden behind all the hustle and bustle . About 10 mins to the mall and Gas ! One great things is they have appliances to borrow to cook your meals . Great idea !! One thing there is a recliner for your comfort in the room it's way too big doesn't give you ample space on the other side of the bed . Overall great place . Will visit there other hotel !! Thank you

The rooms were very nice. A few things were annoying, like the elevator was broken for one night (not complaining, got it fixed fast), they didn’t clean the room when we left, and there was no netflix on the tvs. But overall, loved everything that was in the room like the fridge, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was big, clean, and organized.

Staff were all polite. Hotel had an odor throughout. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that was so loud you couldn't hear each other talking. Someone was screaming in the elevator. Floors were dirty. Bathroom ceiling was stained and flaking.
