Great hotel, clean, perfect location right across from the mall and restaurants. Check-in was quick & easy, our room was clean & spacious - perfect for my family of 4. The pool area was nice and heated - we used it for a night swim. One of the elevators was out of service, but with only 1 working, we never had to wait very long. Breakfast was nice, I ideally would’ve liked a few more options, but I’m not complaining. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth the pay

The room size for a king bedroom wasn’t as we expected but it was comfortable enough the fact that a kitchenette was so complete but without stovetop was so disappointing again overall we like the stay.

The reason for the 5 starts is the staff and hospitality! We checked in for the weekend and unfortunately we had very noisy upstairs neighbors who kept thinking on the walls/floors all hours of the day/night. We have two little kids (2 and 4) and a little dog. We made a noise complaint to the front desk and they immediately got on the matter and moved us to another suite on the top floor so the kids could get a restful sleep. They don't care at all about check-in or check-out times and their only concern was our comfort. We have been to this hotel a few times and most definitely booking here again.

Very Pleased

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had plenty of room and the shower was nice. The hotel was going through exterior updating but didn’t take away from the stay. Convenient to many restaurants and the nearby mall. Indoor pool was nice.
