Room was great but be sure to check the website for details as there was an unexpected charge if $250 because other people have caused damage. I get it but almost had to cancel with no refund because of it. That should have been said on the hotels.com app. Should warn people ahead of time.

The ONLY good thing about this stay was the friendly reception (guy). Terrible location, was afraid to park my rental car in the lot, loiterers. Hotel was very run down. The first room we were given had a broken toilet and the maintenance cart was still in the room. Just a very disappointing stay overall such that on my return to the airport I cancelled the last night and booked elsewhere.

Very run down hotel. Not once did they clean our room in 3 days. The pool was closed. Our third night there was no running water or ways to flush toilet. Their solution was to refund the night but we would have to leave; It was 11pm. Would not answer and ignored ours and Expedia's calls to fix or cancel any days. Manager was confidently never there any days. All around poor experience and very disappointed. Remove this hotel from Expedia!
