The property is 20 mins by car from Boston CBD. There is McDonald and other fast food nearby (5 mins by car). The price is quite reasonable taking into consideration the standard rate in Boston and environment. The big negative? The nearby Broadway is EXTREMELY busy even during the night. Make sure to ask for a room as far away from it. I failed to sleep even after 15 hours on the road.

To many junkies

I am very displeased about having people living in those hotel rooms they were constantly asking me for things plus my mother. I also had family staying in another room but because they kept on being bothered by these people and pot smoking in the rooms my aunt decided to have two cigarettes in the room because she was afraid of these people that were hanging outside constantly I recommend this place all the time and I will not do this again if something is not done about the $250 charge I will write a bad review

After staying at this venue a few years it was disappointing to see the limited availability of coffee, room cleaned twice a week and people outside the hotel door smoking drugs. This contributed to the smell of cannabis inside the hotel.

There was no one at the front desk when I tried to check in. I called while standing there and no one answered, even after several minutes. I found staff in the laundry room and they connected me with front desk staff. When we went out for dinner, there were doors propped open by rocks, which we removed. When we returned from dinner, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the staircases, hallways and even in our room.

The staff are professional and friendly. The transport from this hotel to Back Bay is a bit taxing with a bus and train combo which takes about one hour each way. The rooms are well appointed, clean with nice tv, well appointed bathroom with bath rather than shower and large bed for the single traveller.
