We recently stayed at the Omni and overall had an enjoyable experience. The lobby is absolutely beautiful like spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It gives a great first impression, and the atmosphere feels upscale and welcoming. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. A nice touch was being able to request complimentary bottled water at the front desk. That said, there were a few aspects of our stay that didn’t quite meet expectations. The room itself was incredibly small, which made it feel a bit cramped, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The design of the room was also somewhat awkward like the bathroom and shower area weren’t clearly separated from the sleeping space, which felt a bit uncomfortable and lacked privacy. One surprising downside was the quality of the in-room supplies. The toilet paper and tissues were extremely rough , more like sandpaper, honestly and felt out of place in a hotel that otherwise presents itself as high-end. Despite these drawbacks, we did appreciate the overall cleanliness and the level of service provided by the staff. With a few updates and attention to detail, this hotel could easily offer a much more comfortable and luxurious stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni. They were accommodating with everything, even allowing us to check-in hours earlier than expected. It is a bit of a walk to get to the waterfront but we didn’t mind! The rooftop pool and hot tub area were really nice with a bar right beside. The artist rooms are as tight as you would expect but it was all we needed to rest our heads at night. There is free coffee on every floor which was very convenient.
