The first floor includes a living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, a dining room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor features French doors that open to a den/bedroom, where a queen-sized Murphy bed with a sofa allows guests to use this space as either a second living room or a private bedroom. The third bedroom boasts a king bed with views of Brookline Village, along with a full bath and a private deck, all located on the second floor. Coin-operated laundry is available on the ground floor of the building.

The property is just steps from public transportation, offering easy access to Longwood Medical hospitals, Fenway, and Boston. Step outside, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, and more. This home is not to be missed!

The D line Brookline Village stop is a 2 minute walk, three bus lines with in a 1 minute walk. Less than a 10 minute walk to Coolidge Corner .

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged.

Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
