Comfortable living space, nice location

Located in residential area within 30 minute driving radius to downtown Boston, and approximately two miles from Arsenal Yards Mall. Two units within a private home with off street outdoor parking for two cars (for each unit). Top unit encompasses two floors with full baths on each floor. Appliances (including washer and dryer) are modern, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. Playground for young children conveniently located down the block. Easy access to Charles River trail a block away. The unit was perfect for our purposes.

Our business trip worked out fine in this location about the only thing that is a little unclear is that that says the house sleeps eight but if everyone traveling needs to sleep in individual spaces, it really only sleeps four. All the amenities are excellent and two full bathrooms works out extremely well

BC Game Weekend

We really like this property. Everything they said it would be. Very clean, nice beds, clean bathrooms, big closets and drawers. Only issue is there wasn’t much writhing walking distance. At least not in cooler weather. There is a good liquor store right down the street but over 3/4 of a mile to coffee or food as far as I could tell. But then again we didn’t have a rental car so that’s on us. Would definitely stay there again. Owner was on top of everything.
