Chef was a no show. No hot water for tea, no butter, no hot food. Our room had no towel bars and no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom. Won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Overall nice hotel overlooking a large lake. Hotels lounge made things a bit loud for some of the time, and the pot smell was pretty strong much of the time we were there. The included breakfast was well above average and served in a nice room overlooking the lake or at tables outside adjacent to the lake if you preferred. This hotel is a bit dated, but it was clearly trying to appear more modern with its overly crazy new wave furniture, but they should know that it didn't work, all they got out of trying is weird lobby furniture that nobody even tries to sit on. We would likely stay here again if we were in the area, as its well located to several areas, but still out of the worst of the congestion.

Spend the extra to stay somewhere that maintains the property. Had 2 stays at front and back of a vacation,2 rooms, 1 of which had beds going in different directions with no nightstands to make them fit into the room. The other was as cramped with no room to pass each other at the foot of the beds. Location=great. Guest Services employees=great. Hotel=would not stay again

Made a reservation through Expedia, several months prior. Arrived at 130 am after a day of flying and travel. Only to find their "system had lost the reservation ". Sorry, nothing we can do, good luck. Slept in the rental car, as no hotel had a room at 2am on a Saturday morning.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was exceptional. Would haven been nice to have a separate ice machine for the hotel guests instead of having to go into the restaurant / bar area to get ice from a staff member. Enjoyed the live music at the bar on Fri and Sat nights.
