The location is excellent—close to everything we needed. We appreciated the flexibility to choose whether or not to have our room cleaned each day. Breakfast was very convenient and made our mornings easy. Parking was convenient as well, though it’s worth noting that they started charging a fee for it this year

It was fine but the hotel is in need of a ‘glow-up’. It’s old and showing signs of age. The area is trendy and the hotel doesn’t fit in the trendy theme. The walk to the station was perfect.

The breakfast area is too small. people were eating in the lobby. We suggest you move the paper plates and utensils to the left of the cereal, where there is more room. The corner they are in now is the most congested. The first day, you ran out of eggs and the sausages were cold. Coffee was good. Whole wheat bread would be nice. There is a thermostat on the wall in the room, but no instructions on its use. The control by the window worked well. Stains on the carpet at the entrance of the room (215) were not appealing. When we booked, we don't recall seeing a parking charge, although it is possible we simply overlooked it. Staff were friendly and courteous. Online check-in was easy and quick.

When we checked in for our stay, Wonda was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We were flying out and leaving our car parked there. She made the whole process of checking in, arranging for the airport shuttle, and providing all the details for leaving our car at their hotel very easy. She's a great representative for customer service at your property. We will definitely stay here again, and let friends and family know about this hotel.

Nice neighborhood, needs some updates

Would stay in this neighborhood again, was close to transportation and food, quiet. Hotel itself needs a few updates - couches and carpets showing their age. Staff was helpful and prompt!!
