The reception that we had was very sassy with us and we are down here for the children’s hospital so it was not very welcoming with the sass she gave us. We are already going through a lot and not from down here

The room was dirty fragments of potato chips on the floor too much ratty furniture the pullout bed was really uncomfortable my gurls woke up with a neck & back ache & a potato chip in their bed, the complimentary airport shuttle service was limited had to Uber it & the complimentary continental breakfast lasted until 9 AM WTH no more booking with La Quinta👎👎👎👎👎

Bed bugs

Well I just woke up to go pee. It’s 1:14 am on Tuesday May 13, 2025 and as I’m about to go back to bed, I look down and on the towel I used to shower with prior to sleep on the floor is a bed bug. Mind you I’m here with my family to go to Children’s Hospital for a follow up cardiology appointment for my 5 year old daughter and now I have worry about bed bugs and whether I bring them back home. I’m extremely upset and concerned for my family.

Absolutely worse hotel I’ve ever stayed!!! One word disgusting!! Lucky I only had a 1 day stay. Then as we were getting ready to checkout the power goes out in the entire hotel while my husband was taking a shower! Pitch black! Had to go down 6 flights of stairs because no power. Pictures online are deceiving looks nothing like them. Completely run down horrible disgusting and dirty!

Everyone on the staff was friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful. We traveled from a very rural state, so needed advice on using public transportation. We also needed to store our luggage upon arrival and prior to our departure. The staff made this easy for us, and the shuttle drivers took good care of us. A very positive experience all around. The breakfast was pretty good, too.
