Great location - near a mall and all the highways. The staff is the best, they made it so easy for us and were very accommodating as we had to send packages ahead of our arrival. They really went above and beyond and that is why we will always continue to stay here. The breakfast is also very convenient. I like how there is a coffee and tea station in the lobby. Great for those rainy days! Parking is easy and free.

It was great. The atmosphere and staff were great. The room was clean, smelled clean and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Nice spread. My wife and I will certainly recommend your hotel. We were very contented with choosing this place.

We stayed the previous night at the Hyatt in Marlboro, MA , and I think we were spoiled! Braintree was older and the room was definitely dated. When I got out of the shower, I found out there was no hair dryer in the bathroom area. That is a huge problem! Breakfast was fine. It wouldn't be a hotel I would think of first to return to.

It was clean no regard for time . They forgot my wake u me call leaving me frantic , then water in shower cold , then knowing im on a time constraint are there screw up no thinking ahead to send someone up with buggy to help me bring down my luggage. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE and when I called to tell them it went this way" sorry we forgot the manager will be here at 8am "CLICK. Then when i caled about the water same girl says maintenance not here till 8am CLICK

Son is wheelchair bound. When checked in at night late, asked clerk to double check that the room he gave us 330 is wheelchair and handicapped accessible. He said yes. It was not. Had tub, not shower. Not even grab bars, or accessible sink. Couldn’t shower my son after a long drive in from jersey. Was very disappointed. He could have told us, as the morning clerk did, that they had sold out and even though we had requested accessible room they didn’t have it. So why did clerk at night tell us yes..
