Great place! Very close to all amenities, malls, small food joints, and muni marts. Station is less than 10 min by walk. I am a recurring guest sonce october 2025.

It's clean and quiet. However, the owner seemed very inconspicuous and judgmental. Firstly, he does refuses to be contacted by any other means except through SMS or WhatsApp, which was already a red flag for me. I messaged him through WhatsApp to ask him a few questions, most of which remained unanswered. The first response I received from him was him commenting on the contents of my personal WhatsApp profile and said it's "Not a good idea for a guest... a guest in a house." I didn't even use the bathroom because it was used by the other guests, which is fine, but I've been told the water is cold. I tested this with the kitchen sink and the 0.5 bathroom sink, and it did not warm after five minutes of running. Lastly, there is no laundry accommodations like it's listed on this website. I tried reporting that to Expedia, but they ignored the request, so just keep in mind that you CAN NOT do your laundry here.
