Had an excellent weekend, property was a quick walk from the train station which brings you right into Boston or a quick 10 minute drive into downtown. Gracious host, made sure all of our needs were met. Would recommend!

Decide based on desired experience & budget

Very residential and quiet neighborhood albeit not in downtown Boston. Not ideal if seeking a more urban setting with choice of nearby restaurants. Fine for 1 night or for guests wishing to cook and eat in. Info received after reserving suggest a link between comments on location and ethnic diversity. Not an issue for a resident of a diverse, multi-cultural city. The issue is more close proximity to a subway stop and downtown. Lots of rules and instructions that may turn potential clients off. Most affordable place in Boston area in July and very good cost-quality ratio.

It had a great location and the owner worked out our issues before we arrived. Clean room, but very tight with the furniture.
