the dining option (Tapas place) within the hotel is great. Showers are slow flow, room service is okay. The staff is generally helpful but some are not so helpful. We opted out of room service thinking we can request it for a day or 2 as we had long stay (~8 day) in hotel. One particular staff lady working in morning told us we cannot request the room service for a day saying some report has been filed and send to management or something. We asked different staff in same-day but in evening, she helped us to get the room service back on and got our rooms taken care off by hotel maids.
