Friendly staff with a great gym

The staff was very friendly. They lent me a phone charger and I brought it back promptly. I also loved their gym. They had machines, dumbbells', kettle bells, bands, rowing machines, ellipticals, stationary bikes, Bosu balls etc.

Multiple stays at this property. No more. Our room-Curtains off track wouldn't close, not cleanest, no room service QR, 4 calls to front desk unanswered. 5th call was told someone would bring it. Didn't. online chat with global Hilton team told me to call front desk, didn't care that they wouldn't answer. Coffee machines in restaurant broken. Searching source of downstairs leak, Maintenance banged on door before 8 am (no warning call) demanding to enter despite us not being dressed. No leak in our room anon apology for barging in. Global Hilton team does nothing. Hotel staff shrugs. Confirmed late checkout but staff complained to us to get out early. We will avoid Hilton properties in future. Yes, we live in a self-service world but why pay these prices when even self-service is impossible. AVOIDING HILTON PROPERTIES IN FUTURE.

The hotel is good but they charged me extra and couldnt say what for. I understand the 150.00 incidental fee but the extra 125.00 fee and 70.00 parking were not told to me at check in.
