We stayed in room 426. It had a lovely view of the park and the Salem Witch Museum. We loved the room, it was clean and comfortable. There was free apple cider in the lobby and lots of places to get food nearby.

Loved everything, but there was an incident with a staff member in the dinning room on our last day. He chastised me cloudy for taking a seat, after another staff directed me to take a seat. It really upset me,. To the point where we almost left. Funny how one bad instance can affect the whole stay.

Hotel is beautiful, but rooms are really small. Housekeeping was not great- left room service trays in room and didn’t clean the table, But polite. Room service was a little difficult as it was hard to get a hold of and they forgot things- but again very polite and apologetic. Food in the Tavern was amazing, but no microwaved in the room made it hard to enjoy leftovers.

Everything was amazing, beautiful historic hotel. The Tavern was beautiful and had excellent food and drinks. It was actually very clean but the bathroom sink faucet hadn't been hit with cleaner for a while and had mold on it, only reason I gave cleanliness a 4. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for the hospitality!!!

Perfect spot to explore Salem

Very convenient location to be able to park and walk to most attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Tavern restaurant was also excellent (I recommend the seafood chowder). Staying in a historic hotel is pretty cool. Loved the vibe of the place. They are celebrating their 100th year this year!
