We had a great stay at Hampton Inn last week. Safe and quiet area. Pool was great with warm water, clean spacious, and smell good when we checked in the first time into the room. But after a while, smells like furry friend. And we just realized this hotel is allowing pet. Close to dining options if you drive less than a mile. Has Costco nearby. We didn’t eat around the hotel at all but we drove by around the area. The only suggestion for your property are clean the carpet room more, need extra help for breakfast server, especially during the weekend when your hotel is very very busy and all guest lined up a long line just waited for hot breakfast and other stuff to come out. Looked like poor country that we lined up for food. Breakfast was distance, just regular hot breakfast that most hotel will serve. We found frozen water bottle from previous guest in our room and the coffee maker had 1/2 water in it. We know everyone likes your properties, just give some suggestions to improve it.

The staff in the breakfast room was rude. She threw the serving spoon on the spoon rest & made a face. The place was busy on breakfast time and it took them a long time to serve more food when they ran out of the hot food (eggs, sausages, and potatoes). The food was good though.
