Great hotel

Nice, clean and friendly staff. Convenient location and valet parking. My only complaint would be that the bed was springy and I could feel the coils a bit. But, I would definitely stay again.

Very clean but soulless

Not the best location- completely soulless, in the port district, with Summer St an endless line of trucks. You can catch a bus into the centre or its about a 30 minute walk. Breakfast is very ordinary and plates, cups, utensils etc are all disposable. Very un-eco- friendly. I would not stay here again.

I really liked this property. My room was very clean and housekeeping made my bed and tidied up daily. My Cousin chose this hotel as she was graduating from SNHU. She had a room with a very nice Harbor view. But it seemed small. Not much wiggle room. I had the same room type, but my room was bigger because it was assessible. I felt like I could have done All and all 4 of 5 stars!
