My shower did not get hot. it was lukewarm. We complained to the front desk but they could not do anything night of… as the hotel was booked out. They offered us a room to pay for another day (not a complimentary room) but we were only staying for one night. we just wanted a hot shower. Someone came in early morning to attempt to fix , but he couldn’t fix it as we did not get to shower. NOT UPDATED HAMPTON. i’ve been to multiple hampton inns , i’m a member actually and this was more of a holiday in , very budget friendly.NOT A GOOD REPUTATION for Hampton Inn properties. The breakfast was not what i thought t was gonna be. extremely dissatisfied. Mr. Stanley is a great staff member !!!!! he deserves a raise !!

So we had a fantstic room. 1st floor quiet area. We actually booked an extra night. Problem was cleaning staff. We had 4 people in our room. One person went across hall to the bathroom. When key didnt work on door she used key to open lock and walk in even though he was yelling not to come in. We got more towels and said we do not need service. While we were out they came in took all our towels. Didnt do anything else in the room. Very strange when we said no service and come in and change towels again

check in person was not very welcoming, did not make eye contact and spoke very softly that I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. No smile, No welcome, how can I help you? Love the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner in the shower, unfortunately the shampoo dispenser was empty, luckily I brought my own. Forgot to report it when we checked out since we needed to get on our way. Check out person was very nice, and welcoming even as we were checking out. He was helping another customer and seeing we were in a hurry took our room # and offered to email our receipt and welcomed us to Boston traffic. LOL
