I booked a private room and it was great for the price and the location. The room was clean and had everything necessary. The staff is friendly and willing to help in anything needed. The area is full of life. It is a great, convenient option for staying in downtown Boston. The hostel is a great option if you need a kitchen or would like to meet people. The place is filled with life and activities. Highly recommended hostel.

First time here, and I was only staying one night, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have very little experience in hostels and honestly didn't know what I was expecting, but it was quite a suitable and enjoyable time (keep in mind, I used it solely for a place to sleep. Other than a phone call in the common area, I didn't utilize any of the amenities at all. But I would absolutely stay here again.

Despite being mid October room was way too hot. Reading other reviews it’s either this or freezing cold. Reception staff confirmed this too. Facilities good and clean, staff excellent. Stayed in 6 bed mixed dorm.

Clean room, staff extremely helpful but I had serious problems finding the place from South Station. Very easy once you have found it but I asked several people for directions n was given different directions.

Really wanted to like this place but everytime I stay here i always get put in a room with someone snoring way too loud in the room. Staff is overwhelmed by workload and doesn't give great service. Lots of common room areas but many areas are never cleaned. You're better off staying at Found Boston; smaller property but much better managed plus you atlrast have a chance to get a room without loud snoring people. Or better yet just stay in a real hotel. You will regret trying to save money by staying here.
