The room was nice but the staff was very rude to me the day after I checked in and for the next few days. I wish they were more friendly and accommodating. I will not be returning and do t recommend this hotel.

The room was amazing the staff was also amazing the reason I am giving it 3 out of 5 is there disappointing breakfast… it was listed as excellent I would call it mediocre at best. They didn’t have waffles or pancakes like a normal hotel breakfast. The cereal options were basic and bland. Very mid breakfast and small not warm pool.

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were very comfy, the breakfast was very good, and it was in a perfect area for food and shopping. It was very quiet as well and just a quick 20 mins from Boston! We will stay here again when we visit Boston again!
