⭐ 0/5 — Horrible Stay This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we were given smelled absolutely awful — like a dirty, wet dog. The odor was so strong that we had to request a room change. The second room wasn’t much better — it was still dirty and clearly not well maintained. There was no room service, no breakfast, and nothing that was advertised online was actually available. The entire hotel looked run-down and neglected. Everything felt unhygienic and poorly managed. Save your money and stay somewhere else — this place needs serious cleaning and management changes.

We booked 3 in the room and the hide a bed did not have sheets. When we got them and opened the bed the mattress was filthy, stained old and smashed. The carpeted floors were stained. It had a kitchenette but had no dishes or pots and pans.

arrived pre cancellation time. The hotel requires a large security d/t thefts and damages by guests.We viewed the room which was dirty, couch broken and counters dirty and stained and cancelled and did not stay. The hotel has charged us which we are now fighting. Hotels.com of no help in assisting us.No way to contact them via email or phone.

Rooms were okay but the front desk was terrible. The same front desk guy was always there and he was not the nicest guy and looked miserable and bothered when we asked for anything. One out of the four nights there we had a false fire alarm late at night, everyone in the hotel was outside in their pj's in the cold only to be told an hour later it was a false alarm, meanwhile we were all frozen. I had a large suite and one of the queen size beds was slightly lumpy, felt like I was sleeping on pebbles at times and I woke up with a bad back. Honestly, I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews, that seems shady.

The room was shocking to me. All The walls had who knows what on them, the couch looks like a cat clawed at it for days, the kitchen had burnt countertops, the tv stand had water damage and missing doors. It looked like I was in an abandoned room. The faucet handle was missing, kinda needed a wrench to turn on. It also was not able to turn to warmer water. The floors were missing tile, doors had bad patch work from hold on it. Again, food, body fluids, pop or whatever was ALL over the walls. If I hadn’t paid for it already I would’ve left. The only good thing and reason we stayed was no bed bugs. The maid did all she could do for regular cleaning and i appreciate that. The drapes were also falling down. I was not touching them. I will never stay at this place or other extended stay again. We were visiting our exchange student at Bentley and my son had to stay in his dorm due to the nastiness of the couch.
