The only complaint that I had was that I was “accidentally” overcharged but once brought up, thy did refund it back though I am having to wait up to 10 days for it. Otherwise, it was an amazing hotel, cute and clean room, very well thought out and decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again myself.
