The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke…. There was garbage in the hallways and in the parking lot….. I’m I have stayed at this property before and it was not like that. Not sure what happened this time….. it was awful could not sleep because of the cigarette smoke

We loved that everything was close by, and the responsiveness of everyone was great! The only thing that they could have done better was included breakfast, and kept the pool open later. (It closed at 8:45) Discounts on Water Park passes would be nice too.:)

Extra quiet and comfort!!

Extremely comfortable European style bedding and pillows were excellent for support of my broken back. Nothing could have been more welcome than that extra relief!!

Loud groups of families running around the hallways and common area near our room until around midnight that kept the kids and us awake. Hard to get a hold of the front desk and when I did they were just 'yeah yeah yeah we'll deal with it" The dining was closed very early and the staff at the pool desk was rude when we were arriving because it was getting close to closing time. The bathroom was also dirty in our room and no conditioner.

We were on the same floor as a large teenage tour group that arrived after 10pm. They didn't understand "quiet time" and were yelling down the hall until after midnight. Had to travel a distance to get to any place to eat.

As soon as I entered my room, I noticed hair on the bathroom counter and floor. The floor had pubic hair. I'm unsure if it was the refrigerator in the room or something else, but there was a tapping noise all night. The walls are also thin, and I could hear other guests. There was mold in the shower, and the bath towels and bath mat were stained. I have never stayed at a hotel as dirty as the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore.

Property was noisy because it was next to a water park and there were tons of children. The dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast. Would stay again. Just with mentioning that it is not a 100% relaxing stay.
