When I checked in at midnight staff didn’t inform me that I’d be charged for parking. 3 days into my stay I find a letter on my car saying I’m parked illegally. When I went to the front desk the sign regarding parking was nowhere near the front desk, but across the room in a lounge area. When I told the receptionist I was unaware she asked me did I read all the policies when I reserved the room (weeks ago). I thought this was very unprofessional and rude as the front desk is to advise customers of important policies upon check-in. Also, when I returned to the hotel on my 2nd night of the 3 night stay my keycard had been deactivated. When I went to the front desk they had no explanation. They just reactivated it. My experience with the staff made my stay stressful and uncomfortable.

Although we had made the reservation with my husband’s credit card and he was standing right beside me with his ID, she still said she could give the room to us. Comfort Inn Review at Revere, MA.

The staff were friendly and professional in the front desk and the food servers during the breakfast . I highly recommend this hotel. It was great having a free airport shuttle as well.
