I rate the staff & service as there are literally no service at all and the staff all have a surly look on their face all the time. I have not met a single polite or happy staff. All of them have the look as if we owe them a living. Horrible experience. As for property condition and facilities - the lift experience is the WORST. One it takes too long to go up to the room and on my last day there (Sunday, 28 Sep), the lift broke down and had to go down 12th floor worth of steps carrying my luggage as i was checking out.

Everything was great but the elevator wouldn’t go to our floor on the 12th. We had to take the stairs every time. Same thing happened to another guest who took the stairs with us. It was inconvenient as I just had knee surgery and was a struggle coming back knowing I had to take the stairs. Staff was friendly and our room was clean otherwise.

Had several options to choose from close to the Hynes Convention Center, and the price point was ideal. Great room, clean if not a bit sparse on amenities (no cups). Comfy. Love the tech to control the lights and environment via iPad touch.

Great hotel and perfect location. The staff was all helpful and responsive. The only complaint o can think of is the lack of non-metered parking options but that is a Boston thing. There are plenty of parking garages in the area

Room is a dorm room setup rather than a hotel room. Not a terrible situation but not preferred if the hotel experience is preferred. Room space is very small space, especially the bed area. Breakfast was very good. Room access not a straight path, had to exit on the 2nd floor to reach the lodging floor.
