The property was extremely modern, tailored more for Millennials and Gen Z. The room was unique in that everything, accent lighting, television, multiple blinds, controlled by an iPad. The living room area (lobby) added a nice updated twist to a traditional hotel lobby. Also great location if you’re planning on visiting Fenway park along with other local attractions.

Absolutely loved this property! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy and the location is perfect for tourists. Our room was clean and we had an incredible view of the city. We also enjoyed sitting at the bar and had their self-serve breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent being close to Fenway Park. The facilty was modern both inside and the outside patio area. The staff were excellent at reception. Our room was boutique for seniors over 80. Well appointed. The only issue was no acess to window side of bed. Must crawl from right side. All and all a very nice hotel.

Trying too hard.

No advance communication that there is no valet, no parking, no place to put car while checking in. Self check in is annoying. Requirement to scan a passport or drivers license is invasive. To room is tiny. Odd that bed is wall to wall. Bathroom is see-through and tiny. Over cute writings on everything. Too much technology is jarring. Google Maps takes you onto Newberry Street and back onto the major highway. Overall, trying too hard to be whimsical and edgy and hip and youthful, but lacks soul.

Great hotel, modern, cool and very nice. The staff was great - the rooms were highly functional and the location was 2nd to none in the heart of the Back Bay. I definitely recommend this hotel!
