My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a reset weekend. The check-in was super easy, the room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The view from the room was excellent. The area has a lot of shops that are in walking distance. We will return.

Me and my fiancé stayed for the weekend and we loved it! 10/10 absolutely recommend. Jenna and Niya genuinely made our trips to the CanteenM amazing <3 As well as Jenna being super helpful and quick when we hit a snag while checking out! the food was amazing and way more affordable than any other hotel food I’ve ever tried, no complaints at all for the CanteenM (The nachos, hot chocolate and breakfast were spectacular) We found the lobby to be beautiful, and the rooms to be clean and the perfect intimate size for a quick get away. They provided a lot of tools and technology to make sure you enjoyed your stay and were comfortable, The bed was one of the comfiest beds I ever slept on and the view was amazing! Very well thought out hotel, if you’re ever visiting Boston for a quick trip I recommend!

Great and fun place to stay

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location (across the street from subway and bus line stations - right on Newberry Street, which is a very posh street in Boston) The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They are not large, but they use the space very efficiently. Fun view out of the rooms The restaurant is good, we really enjoyed breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the building Has a cool lobby, where a lot of people like to hang out Everything in the room is controlled through a tablet. It took us about 10 seconds to learn how to use it. Kind of fun to control everything that way. We did have one issue where the television kept coming on randomly. I unplugged the television and everything was fine. Of course, would like to see significant improvements in their sustainability practices.

Small room but contained all needed amenities. Great water pressure in shower and generously sized towels. Ability to control lighting, temperature, etc. right from the ipad near the bed. Appealing common areas with bevereages and books to borrow.
