A 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need, including central air conditioning and heating, gated off street parking, laundry in the unit, stainless steel kitchen with gas stove, 43-inch TV with cable and streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and more, a yard with vegetables in the summer, 3 queen beds, a shower and tub, wireless 4 digit door locks, and much more.

There's a TV with a Roku and DVD player, wireless internet, stainless steel fridge with water dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, a slow cooker, bamboo steamer, French coffee press, all the pots and pans and utensils you need, and granite countertops. The bathroom has a shower and tub and we include all sheets, linens, towels, toilet paper, and paper towels.
A free washer and two dryers are in the rear of the unit with detergents and an iron.

During the summers, in our yard is a table and propane BBQ and in the summer are fresh vegetables available for light picking. We were awarded the Boston City's 3rd Best Vegetable and Herb Garden in 2019.

Parking is available for up to 2 cars tandem, off-street in a gated secure driveway with motion sensor lighting and cameras.

The house is located just 2 blocks from the Historic Brewery Complex, home to Sam Adams Brewery (available for free tours daily), Mike's Gym, Ula's Cafe, amongst others. A short walk down Washington St. is Drawdown Brewing and nearby is a Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, Stop & Shop & Whole Foods grocery store are all close by, but there are also multiple convenience stores nearby. Our favorite neighborhood foodie restaurants are Chilacetes Mexican, Tonino, The Haven, and Jamaican mi Hungry.

Multiple bus lines also run along Washington St: 22 to Ashmont, 29 to Mattapan, 42 to Dudley, and the 44 to Ruggles. For FIFA & Sail Boston, get directly on from our subway to the event.

It's located 220 meters from Stonybrook Orange line subway that can easily get any visitor to Downtown Crossing or Government Centre within 20 minutes. We have easy access to Longwood Medical Area, Museum of Fine Arts, Wentworth and Northeastern University, and much more.

We also have wireless door locks that allows for a checkin or checkout at whatever time is most convenient for you.

Excellent Stay in Jamaica Plain

The property and neighbourhood are pretty good and the amenities are also really great. Perry is a really thoughtful and gracious host, the attention to detail in the property is amazing, it is very spacious. Also travelling is pretty convenient as it is 15-20 minutes away from Downtown Boston and the Cambridge Area is also pretty accessible. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Boston.

Great place with easy access to Boston.

Stayed here for two weeks during daughters graduation. week. Great house in a nice neighborhood. House has everything you could ask for. It's only two blocks to the Orange Line, which made accessing Boston super easy. Loved this place. Host was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellant stay!

Our week stay in October 2024 exceeded all expectations. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything inside and outside that we could have possibly needed to make the visit for 2 adults and 2 Boston Terrier dogs super comfortable and memorable. Having access to a completely fenced in yard and ample space to safely park off our car off the street was priceless. Communication with Perry was always prompt and friendly. He provided detailed instructions before we checked in to ensure we were able to locate the property and gain access without issues. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay at a home away from home when visiting Boston or any neighboring city. The home was clean, well supplied for any needs, and we always felt safe, no matter the hour of day or night. If we make it back to Boston, we will definitely look to stay at this property again. Great stay

This was a very comfortable property, and probably the best stocked place we've ever stayed. Lots of dishes and staples in the kitchen, and even first aid and toiletry items in the bathroom. Close to the subway, and it's so great to not have to find a parking space on the street!

Great home, great host

Perry was very communicative leading up to our stay which made traveling with our one year old much easier. He had a crib, stroller, bath seat, high chair, any toys all ready to go. 1st Time to Boston

This home was very charming! High ceilings, hard wood floors, great kitchen, good shower, two good size bedrooms for four adults. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Loved the private parking spot onsite since parking is at a premium in Boston!! Only a couple blocks from Sam Adams Brewery which was great and only a couple blocks from the orange line T. Metro was easy to navigate. Perry and his family live upstairs but we never heard them and he was very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay in Boston

We enjoyed our stay while we were moving our daughter to Boston. The location was good (quiet but not too far out), really appreciated the off street parking, the house was well stocked with anything you can think of (including band aids which I needed!), and we enjoyed being able to walk to Sam Adams and the Haven.

Quick Trip to Boston
