The 1st shift front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. The office center was "unavailable", since the Manager didn't understand how to CONNECT THE INTERNET on the computer!! The telephone # showed on the computer screen- yet she couldn't understand how to complete this. I WAS UNABLE TO PRINT BOARDING PASSES prior to airport arrival! My cousin had to BUY A PRINTER, HAVE IT SHIPPED TO HER SON and he had to print passes and WALK to AVID to give them to me!!! Ridiculous & unacceptable! The 1st shift "manager" a middle aged white woman with blond short hair and a BAD attitude - harassed my cousin staying here- about her dog also! My cousin has been staying here the last 3 weeks! SO Unprofessional! GREAT WAY TO LOSE REPEAT BUSINESS. There was a 2nd shift front desk clerk, BRUNA, who is bi-lingual, with long dark hair- who worked 3-11pm- that was friendly, professional, very attentive to the guests, as well as being bi-lingual! BRUNA was MUCH MORE accomodating! BRUNA should be manager over the older woman on the 1st shift. I have traveled extensively. Bruna would make a great General Manager. The 3rd shift woman CATHERINE or "Cathy" was great too. I was just not awake most of her shift. With the doors being locked at 11pm- there were no issues I noticed. Thank you. Kelly Walsh

The staff was extremely delightful! We were picked up at the airport and greeted very nicely. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The property is located on the opposite end of the cruise port located on a very busy street. There are 3 restaurants on the site. A bar/restaurant that serves a variety of items from pizza to pasta and steak! We had the calamari, mussels, conch balls for appetizers. The chicken rice bowl and pizza for main dish and everything was delicious! The bakery cafe serves sandwiches for breakfast and different ones for lunch. They have an assortment of coffees, teas, lattes and daily bakery items that are delicious! There is also an Italian restaurant that we did not go to. Our room was located on the second floor and there is not an elevator, so stairs are the only option. The room was clean with 2 double beds, microwave, fairly large refrigerator, dresser for clothes, small dining table and two chairs, closet with ironing board (no iron) and bathroom with tub/shower. There is a small pool and seating area with umbrellas to use. Overall, there wasn’t any issues with the hotel, it’s just a little outdated and needs some cosmetic improvements- tub had a few rust spots, walls had patch spots and not repainted, balcony rails were rotted and bed headboards were not attached/secure to anything. Yes, I would stay here again!

Everything was perfect, as always. I really like this hotel because of its cleanliness, staff, breakfast, parking, gym etc. The only issue is the traffic noise; double-glazed windows would make it even better.

We had to stay a quick night in Boston due to a late flight making us miss our bus. Arriving at the hotel late, the night front desk person was very nice and kind and helpful. We appreciated that he understood we were super tired and he made everything easy on us. We were disappointed that the airport shuttle, which is clearly outlined in your website, and one of the reasons we stayed with you, was not running. While your hotel did the right thing and provided an uber, we had to relocate to pick it up and it was very confusing as to where to find the driver. You need to improve transfers and make sure your guests don’t have to “guess” as to what is going on. I shouldn’t have to call the hotel (a pain as finding the local number and not some centralized reservation desk) and ask for what was supposed to be made available automatically. At the end of a long day, you’re supposed to be a refuge of easy comfort. But, your great people made it all work. Make sure you reward them for their help! Gene

The room was spotless the bed and bedding very nice. The floors, like most new hotels are plastic so they can be noisy. I stayed on the 4th floor and would ask for top floor in the future as the inconsiderate person in high heels stomped in at 2 am, stomped around for 10 minutes and threw them off, probably while sitting on the bed so they make maximum clunking sounds. Otherwise I recommend this reasonably priced hotel as the parking is free and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, fruit, hot oatmeal, eggs, bagels, english. Everything. Very good staff as well.
