The 1st shift front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. The office center was "unavailable", since the Manager didn't understand how to CONNECT THE INTERNET on the computer!! The telephone # showed on the computer screen- yet she couldn't understand how to complete this. I WAS UNABLE TO PRINT BOARDING PASSES prior to airport arrival! My cousin had to BUY A PRINTER, HAVE IT SHIPPED TO HER SON and he had to print passes and WALK to AVID to give them to me!!! Ridiculous & unacceptable! The 1st shift "manager" a middle aged white woman with blond short hair and a BAD attitude - harassed my cousin staying here- about her dog also! My cousin has been staying here the last 3 weeks! SO Unprofessional! GREAT WAY TO LOSE REPEAT BUSINESS. There was a 2nd shift front desk clerk, BRUNA, who is bi-lingual, with long dark hair- who worked 3-11pm- that was friendly, professional, very attentive to the guests, as well as being bi-lingual! BRUNA was MUCH MORE accomodating! BRUNA should be manager over the older woman on the 1st shift. I have traveled extensively. Bruna would make a great General Manager. The 3rd shift woman CATHERINE or "Cathy" was great too. I was just not awake most of her shift. With the doors being locked at 11pm- there were no issues I noticed. Thank you.
