We love how clean the rooms are, and the Dove soaps and lotions. But our favorite experience was the airport shuttle driver. He cheerfully picked us up right on time and helped everyone get settled. We had a crying baby on board, and he immediately turned on a beautiful, soft lullaby as we took off from the hotel. The baby went right to sleep! And ten passengers left the van with a smile on their faces at 5AM. Sweet!

Great place to stay, 20 minute walk from the T station, room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Airport shuttle is a freat extra. Just be sure you have an actual credit card for check in, there is a $100 deposit required. Seen a couple of people having issues with this. Would stay again

The room was clean but the walls were paper-thin and you could hear lots of noise from other rooms. There were very few amenities in the room but the staff is what stood out. They were both excellent and extremely helpful - from getting us rooms side by side with our friends to a recommendation for a delivery to the hotel for dinner. Both ladies were great!
