One star – Never again
This was our third time staying here and it will be the last. The first stay was great, the second a nightmare, and this one sealed it.
Check-in Saturday night was handled by an employee who never greeted us, barely looked up from his phone, and only muttered “Room 406” when handing over the key. We had booked a king suite through Expedia but were given a double queen. The front desk’s response: “Some rooms are offline, you got moved, nothing I can do.” No apology, no solution.
The second night was worse. We came back to find our room at 89 degrees — the A/C was out for the entire floor. No phone in the room, so I had to go down to the desk. Their fix? Two box fans. We sweated through the night until 3–4am, with a 5am wake-up looming.
At checkout, the manager offered a small partial refund, but frankly the whole stay deserved a full refund. To top it off, Expedia told us they can’t even get the hotel to respond.
Between the apathetic staff, wrong room, broken A/C, and lack of accountability, this place has gone downhill fast. We will never return and strongly recommend avoiding it.
