HVAC bad

This hotel would be OK if it wasn't for how heating and cooling works. There is a thermostat in the room but it cannot be set to a temperature. You can either set it to cool, in which case it cools endlessly, or to heat, in which case it keeps heating, or to off in which case the air quickly becomes warm and musty. My husband and I spent two nights getting up every few hours flipping the thermostat from cool to heat to off and back again. Perhaps that was the issue with our room only but we only stayed 2 nights and were busy during the one full day we spent there and did not bother with a repair request.

The rooms do not have there own microwave. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. If you like carbs galore for breakfast than you will be ok. The bar is not open. The gym sucks. Tv options suck.

We had a very odd room with a window looking into the hallway. Therefore we had to keep the curtain closed it was a dark cave. The room was way too hot, but facilities did fix that the next day. The maid never came by and we ran out of tp!! Probably never stay here again.

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel at 11:25pm. No one at the front desk. After almost 10 min of waiting finally someone appeared.

Hotel is very nice, beds and linens are good. They didn’t put toilet paper and the phone doesn’t work to cal the front desk, a/c doesn’t work either and they didn’t fix it or change us to another room. Temperature was 81 very hot to sleep in we had to call the 1800 number and ask for assistance and obviously nobody did anything to fix these things
