Prompt attention to problem!

Was there for four nites-on the fourth nite there was a new person in the room next door-tv was loud starting at 8 PM-we had our tv on-shut it off about 9:20-went to bed about 10:00 PM-tv was still loud-tried to call front desk couple of times but no answer-got dressed & went down to desk-told girl I didn’t want to complain at end of my stay but told her of problem-she said she would call the room-I got back to room & all was quiet-when I checked out next morn I told the young man what happened & how the problem was taken care of right away-he apologized though it wasn’t hotel’s fault-I appreciated it was addressed so quickly to end our trip on a good note & we were rested for the travel day home.

I had black mold in my room. I asked to switch tooms when I got there and they told me they were sold out. My room smelt musty and moldy. The next day I woke up with a terrible sore throat and head cold and infection

The building is nice but it's not being maintained too well. Housekeeping is every two days but there is no sign telling you this. The revlolving door in front gets stuck, the products were not full, the towels and sheets are a bit ragged (some faint stains on towel and sheet had threads coming loose) and the housekeeper left some hair behind in the bathroom. Overall, hotel is still nice and clean and smells good, but management should take better care for higher quality.

As much as I see the effort provided to me there services go as far as to place a tipping envelope for room service Because even staff is underpaid just as the 2 bunnies outside playing looked starved. I refused to buy breakfast due to everything being ridiculously overpriced for just one night and I must state that the Fairfield Marriott hotel which is half the price did a way better job in terms of quality, price and breakfast IS FREE.

The floor in room was falling apart. The plastic tiles were all loose. This is a health hazard and dirt and bacteria is trapped under the tiles. Invest some money and clean up the room floor.
