Johanshus was relocated in 1901 and rebuilt in its current location. It is idyllically surrounded by oak and mixed forest and stands on a massive, partially visible granite block. After a long slumber, it was partially renovated by us and provided with a new extension in which there is a small bathroom. The main house has kept its old charm. A crane family, a large owl and a lynx family have lived in the immediate vicinity for years. The farmers' highland cattle and cows often graze on the neighboring pastures. A large fire pit invites you to grill, but also to a campfire. There is enough material in the forest.
