Séjour impossible

Bonjour, Nous avons réservé et payé l'hébergement mais dans les minutes qui ont suivi, l'hôte nous a appelé pour dire que le logement n'était pas disponible. Il a remboursé sa partie. Il y a un différentiel puisque la part de votre service n'a pas été remboursén'a pas été remboursé. Merci de remédier à cela. Cordialement, Laurence Georges
