ruined my first vacation day
the mediocre check in process was a sample of overall below average service. after the expressionless check in person told me the hotel had no elevator, she said someone would help me and then turned away. as i looked around the empty lobby, there was no one
Also, not on the website or even in the fine print:
no elevator
no slippers unless you ask.
free water but look for the dispenser, it's there somewhere
only one international news channel; the one i least liked
looking for the way out or into the hotel, use google maps
on the way out or back to your room, be sure you're physically fit. it's faaaaaar
on the positive side, the staff who helped me change rooms was polite and helpful. I forgot to thank him BECAUSE IT WAS 4 AM!
