We were 'upgraded' to a villa which turned out to be as far away from the main hub as possible near the gate. The room was large, but not cleaned in a while as it was dusty, had insects everywhere and smelled strongly of mould. We requested to go back to our original booking but had to wait a day for that to happen. Next room was better and closer to restaurants. Beach was pretty, but full of rubbish everywhere which was sad. Breakfast was cheap and mostly not very nice, but restaurant menu food was pretty good.

The check in process was disorganized and took about 2 hours wait for my room after the check in time being 2. Breakfast was terrible, it was the same thing everyday and most everything was cold. Even the eggs were never cooked, they were extremely undercooked and could not eat them.
