Not what it used to be.

We got there at 11am and was not given our room until after 4pm. Was told repeatedly that rooms were not ready. During our stay, my son got sick with fever, headache, and nausea. The nurse came in and tried to convince us it was motion sickness, although he had not been on a boat, plane, or car in days. My son was too sick to go to the resturant to eat and when asked of ai could bring food back to the room, the employee only let me bring linited items (bread, muffins, crackers). Upon checking out, I was overcharged by around $60 USD. The hotel could not refund the money since I used a debit card to settle the bill and they were unwillingly to give me cash.

I booked through Expedia. My friend booked through another booking company and paid less than me for the same room type yet she had a room with a great view and a balcony. My room looked on to the back of the building next door and had no balcony. I booked transport back to the airport through the hotel and the driver dropped me at the wrong terminal. I only found out when security checked my boarding pass.

Wouldn’t stay there again

I was there for 10 nights and my room didn’t get cleaned once, I had the sign up and the only time they came was one night at 9:30 when I was already in bed. Not to mention that was one of the 2x I got sick from the food as well. Wifi is shotty and trying to get room service is hit or miss.

Great for families

Adaquate stay. It's a little far from the highlights of town but there are tons of trikes running all the time so wasnt a problem. It's a massive resort so if that's your thing then this is the place for you, all the pools were clean. Seemed like a good family destination. Great staff.m, very friendly. ok food, food/drink servers take forever though. My only gripe is in 6 days noone cleaned my room despite me putting the sign up multiple times. But over all a good place, great if you have little kids for sure.

The property is beginning to show its age, needs considerable maintenance. Check-in was very cumbersome, checking in should be done at the entrance gate not at the far end of the resort. Overall not a bad experience but didn't live up to the hype.

Top notch staff everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort is far from the Boracay night life but we like it that way, best part is the private beach no crowd, quiet and relaxing glad we don’t have to share it with the public. Facilities are excellent although far away from each other the shuttle comes to take you places with in the resort. Highly recommended!!

Hotel was really nice. Quite large but there are shuttles so you never have to wait long. We booked the swim out room which I would highly recommend. Food was good. Service is really slow when busy but otherwise no other issues. I forgot a jacket in the closet on checkout, to realize an hour later. When we called to let the hotel know and check on the jacket, I was told it was no longer there, so that was a bit disappointing.
