The hotel and my room were beautiful, and I would honestly come back again. However, I’m docking a point because the check-out process was stressful and lacked communication. I checked out on January 2, 2026, and the front staff said they needed some time to inspect the room before I could officially check out. At that point, it was 8:00 AM and my transportation was scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM. I asked the front desk representative how long the inspection would take, and she said about seven minutes. She told me she would call for me once they were ready. By 8:20 AM, I still hadn’t been called. I went up to the counter and asked for an update, and the representative said my room was okay and I was free to go. She never called or notified me when my room was cleared, I had to follow up myself. I’ve never experienced this kind of check-out process at any other hotel, and I hope this hotel improves in that area.

Not happy with the fact my son did not join us , so was only 3 of us in 2 rooms, I asked for a late check out as I was busy rebuilding a bicycle for a local boy. The family knows the property management. Any how I had to check out early to avoid additional fees, note we did not check in until late afternoon. Disappointed as this led to problems with our luggage until checking into club Monaco. Pouring rain , forgot my bag with insulin, was going into diabetic shock and was taken advantage of by Club Monaco 2 bedroom grand executive Ocean view. Put in a ground floor partial view.

We stayed in their island suite. It had a deep bathtub and separate shower. Beds were super comfortable. I always feel asleep right away as soon as my head hit the pillow. There was a separate living area with chairs and a small round dining table as well. It was a lovely stay! Pros: guards at every pick up/drop-off station around the clock. They called for a shuttle wherever we wanted to go whether to the lobby, the spa, or main gate. Large golf range, infinity pools, gym, stores, laundry service (which i used), and friendly, courteous staff. Cons: no elevator, only stairs Television was grainy and small, Breakfast buffet- limited protein selection (mainly scrambled eggs, fried eggs upon request only)

Rooms are clean , staff are very attentive, respectful and attends to the needs and concerns right away. I’m just underwhelmed with the buffet breakfast. I stayed there for 5 nights, breakfast is the same with tiny variation every day. It could be improved.

The property is too big and the transportation within the resort is extremely poor. It takes too long and you’re treated like cattle. Secondly, I got food poisoning from their cafe on the first day. And the free breakfast has very poor selection. The private beach has section that is full of garbage

The staff was all great, polite and responsive. The hotel could use an uplift as it's very dated with chipped tiles at the pools, rust, cracks in the walls and mold in the showers. The breakfast buffet could use the most improvement. After a seven night stay the only change in rotation is one meat item. An omelet station would of been helpful. Over all a stay with kids it's sufficient, the pool and foam party was a stand out amenities. I wouldn't come back as a couple looking for a "luxurious" stay. For a family holiday it's good enough.
