This centrally located getaway in the heart of the High Country is a short drive to events and attractions in Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock or Valle Crucis, Appalachian State University, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. This peaceful Blue Ridge escape boasts an open concept living area with a gas fireplace, a large HDTV, and cozy seating looking out over the panoramic mountain landscape. The convenient kitchen and bar area looks into the living room, and there is seating for six at the main dining table. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the common area for extra sleeping options. The covered porch boasts mountain views, comfy seating, and twinkly lights to create a wonderful ambiance while guests enjoy true Highly Country renewal.

Great stay
The stay was a very good one however the shade that covers the deck door in the master bedroom was broken and we had to put sheets over the door so my wife would not be afraid.

Beautiful view and fantastic location!
Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again. But we would note that the heated pool area although within Echota, is not within walking distance and the outdoor pool area is in Echota on the Ridge and requires driving to get there because it's in a separate community.
