Bucolic estate; well located

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Chateau (family of 4, plus 2 friends staying for 3 nights). Plenty of room for all of us; the chateau is ancient but there are modern touches inside; and it's located between two small cute towns (Le Bono and Plougomelen) that have most of what you need, with the beaches & islands of the gulf within 20 minutes' driving time. There is a wonderful nature hike from the property along the river into Le Bono - perfect for a healthy morning boulangerie outing. The one downside of the property is the bathroom arrangement: there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers, with one of each serving all 5 BR's upstairs; in addition, the showers are miniscule - which I guess serves the necessary purpose of getting people out quickly! Note also that the owner lives in the right half of the property (renters get the left half), and his family live in the surrounding outbuildings - which is totally fine, but not obvious from the description.

Summer 2023

We had a wonderful time in Auray and the chateau was amazing. It was very spacious and well equipped and the children especially enjoyed all the outside areas to run around in. It was very well located with good access to the nearby beaches. Many thanks Annabelle- we will definitely come back if we can.

Un Noël en famille très agréable

Pour fêter Noël en famille, nous avons découvert ce gîte magnifique, confortable, bien équipé, des espaces généreux et situé dans une belle région, que demander de plus! Annabelle vous accueille chaleureusement dans un espace qu'elle a préparé en professionnelle, la propreté et les petites attentions sont au rendez-vous. Deux petits problèmes techniques ont été solutionnés très rapidement. Pour le futur, une salle d'eau supplémentaire serait encore un plus dans ce gîte idéal. Merci aux propriétaires et Annabelle de proposer ces belles prestations. Christian

Un charmant manoir bien situé

Propriété ancienne bien rénovée, confortable et spacieuse. Un grand parc pour les jeux d'enfants. De belles randonnées très proches, et le golfe à visiter.

Moments inoubliables dans cette belle demeure

Nous étions cinq couples d'amis désireux de vivre le passage à la nouvelle année dans un cadre authentique et chaleureux. Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Les prestations de cette belle demeure sont de qualité tant par les espaces que par la décoration ou les équipements. Tout est conforme à la description sur le site, voire plus. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil d'Annabelle, professionnel et chaleureux. Et nous avons eu la chance d'échanger avec Benoît, le propriétaire, qui nous a fait partager sa passion de l'histoire des lieux. L'écouter parler de ses ancêtres, de la maison de famille, du moulin à marée fut un vrai bonheur. Enfin, ce superbe manoir est situé dans un environnement idyllique pour qui veut découvrir ou redécouvrir les paysages du golf du Morbihan. Notre séjour a frisé l'excellence !

Séjour en famille - un réel plaisir

Très content d'avoir passé ces quelques jours au manoir - quel cadre ! L'aménagement et la décoration ont du charme et une âme. Nous avons été sensibles à l'hospitalité des accueillants. A 12 (7 adultes, 4 enfants/ados, 1 bébé), les équipements et la place disponibles étaient bien adaptés. Encore merci à Annabelle, Stéphanie et Benoît.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans ce logement. Propre, hyper bien placé, Annabelle et les propriétaires ont été très gentils, chaleureux et très arrangeants. Nous n’avons eu besoin de rien, tout était sur place et Annabelle était à notre écoute si besoin. Le domaine et la maison sont magnifiques !!! Idéal pour un week end en famille et entre amis. Je recommande a 100%.
