Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I visited Bonn with a colleague for a conference. We arrived at the hotel after a long international flight to find that there had been a water leak and our rooms were not serviceable. We were moved out to rooms in neighbouring properties. The owner tried but it was a disaster. The accommodation was very poor, it was cleaned infrequently and the internet never worked. All in all, a disaster of a week!
