Everything about this property exceeded our expectations! Kudos to our hosts who thought of everything! We appreciated the extra amenities such as coffee pods, tea, staple condiments and spices, every beach accessory you could possibly need, fans for every bedroom, laundry detergent, etc etc etc.....this place had it all! The whole house was spotless and very tastefully decorated and owner was very responsive and helpful in answering the few questions we had during our stay. Very quiet and private area with large lots. Close enough to take a long walk to the beach and/or uber to restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the "Welcome" wine, too!!

Extremely clean, well-appointed and attractive home

We spent a week vacationing in the area and found the house to be extremely clean. Everything we could have needed was provided. It is evident that the owners take pride in their home. It is decorated attractively and up-to-date. The house was located within driving distance of the beautiful Bonita Beach, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool/spa. It was definitely a highlight of the house! I would stay here again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Lovely place

The house is excellent and was impeccably organized and smelling good when we arrived. We found everything we needed for our two-night stay. The pool was very nice and the jacuzzi was turned on every time we requested it. The place is lovely and peaceful. The owner of the house was very attentive and polite and assisted us quickly whenever we needed. If you go to Bonita Beach, choose this amazing place to stay.

Too Many Roaches...Buyer Beware

Rented for one week with my wife and college-bound daughter (using as home base to get her to FGCU. The Positives - beautiful, cozy house- quiet neighborhood - near Naples and Fort Myers The NegativeThis place has roaches. It's not crazy but who wants that? Day 1, large cockroach, dead, on his back, in the living room. Also, Day 1, discovered three roaches in the pool. One, I scooped out as he was floating (dead) and two were dead at the bottom of the pool. I didn't worry because I figured a pool service would be coming to clean the pool and would take care of it. That never happened. Throughout the week, we saw two more roaches outside (one in the pool, alive and trying not to drown and another, dead, on the patio). I also discovered several more dead roaches inside and last Thursday night, around 11pm as we were watching television, one ran out from underneath the cabinet where the television sits. I killed it but come on!We not only paid over 2,100 for the house but also paid an additional 230 or so to have the pool heated. We never used it because who wants to swim with roaches?? If someone told me I could stay in there house for free over a week but told me they had roaches, I'd decline the offer. I reached out to let the owner know and to express my frustration. I didn't ask for any money back nor for anything else. I expected an apology and empathetic ear. Instead, I got defensiveness and denial. Photos attached. Buyer beware!

Wonderful Home but Could Use a few Updates

It was a lovely home, well appointed and very cozy. The pool was excellent and lots of fun. Only three comments:1) No garage (which is deceptive since the photo shows a garage door. Granted the description lists "parking for 3 cars" but backing out of the drive without going on the lawn is challenging if driving an SUV2) Washer and Dryer need to be replaced. Rusty washer and the dryer timer doesn't work3) If you want to use the Spa, you have to phone the property manager who then notifies the owner who can switch on the bubbles from his phone. Not very convenient.But overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the home very much.

Stayed here with family and it was everything that was advertised and more. Anything you could ever need was provided. It has a great beach umbrella and a few sand chairs and we loved the beach (found parking at #8)I would definitely stay here again and I’ll only rent through VRBO.

This was my first time in Bonita Springs area and the house was the perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location 1 mile from the beach with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was clean with all of the accompaniments you could ask for. I would definitely stay here again.
